Just about anything else, but that assumes you actually want to find a preworkout and take it.

If you're cool without one, then by all means. I know some folks hate em, and some folks like me love em, so it's definitely personal preference.

That Six Star is a Wally Mart product (no snob) that's not exactly legit, and the other was a Cutler nutrition product that doesn't even have beta alanine in it (:mjlol:).


SN: PRO-TIP
- Beta alanine is one of the three 'essential' ingredients in a PWO, along with caffeine and citrulline (L- or malate, preferably CM).
- A PWO that has a nutritional facts label that has recommendations for both 1 and 2 scoops is almost certainly underdosed; stay away!


tl;dr: Get some regular-ass C4 (even drinkable from the gas station will do) and see if it's every single pre or just some that fukk your stomach up.
I'm currently recovering from a bleeding ulcer though. Should I not take it?

Yeah thought so. I'm more focused on making a habit of going to the gym. The hardest part about going to the gym is actually going.

I'm sick of letting my depression rule over me.

The hardest lift of all is getting your ass up off the couch. The second hardest lift of all is back squats. :ufdup:


Most folks need external accountability, either a workout partner or a personal trainer, to keep them showing up regularly until going to the gym becomes a habit.

(I wouldn't know. My workout partner is the #Powda inside me.

Once my knee is back to 100 percent, imma look into using a belt for back squats when going 90%+

Be careful. A belted squat is not the same mechanically as a non-belted squat.

If you don't realize this and just throw on a belt for heavy singles, you might end up jacking yourself up if you don't account for the change in mechanics.

been using the creatine with cutting this month :wow:
the swolleness :wow: didn't gain any water weight. Did up the cardio to 45 min. But my chest is finally getting some form again :blessed:

U should be taking "the creatine" year-round, whether cutting, bulking, or maintaining. :upsetfavre:
