Might quit everything except cardio and boxing, I’ve had every body type since I started my workout journey in 2009(outside of youth sports back in the day)

not trying to be a famous boxer or anything, just love the sport

gonna start hooping again too

Felt like months. Got in a routine and the gym was in the next building from my job. Used it as a crutch for all the turmoil in my life at the time :mjgrin:

was an ideal situation though. Part time job, was 23 and was bulking

I used to workout 5-6 days a week, but I saw the most gains when I took days off to rest.

Well it’s over
After fukking off the gym during the holidays and my 4th case of tonsillitis since October I done lost all my gainz from the past year:mjcry:
I’m sitting at 6’1 170 after being 190 around this time last year
At least I’m a stronger 170 I guess, couldn’t touch the weight I lift right now the last time I weighed this much

After fukking off the gym during the holidays and my 4th case of tonsillitis since October I done lost all my gainz from the past year:mjcry:
I’m sitting at 6’1 170 after being 190 around this time last year
At least I’m a stronger 170 I guess, couldn’t touch the weight I lift right now the last time I weighed this much

Been on a groove for months, lifts going up hitting PRs feeling good


Holiday bullshyt with irregular gym hours forcing 1-2 day weeks :beli:

Golfers elbow ive had since september still not healed, looking into it deeper its one of those "rest doesnt do shyt for it" type issues :beli:


Add on a random upper back injury plus shin splints plus rotating work schedule making my sleep all fukked up


Thank god I got this focus and I can see the light at the other end of this tunnell cause fukk me.

Depending on how I wake up tomorrow I might call this week an L and do lighter shyt for the rest of the week and then come back on monday swinging.

I already decided fukk my elbow tho, gonna hit triceps and forearms hard fukk the pain.
