Nah man. I hit everything twice a week.

At one point I was hitting legs (squats) 3-4 times a week. :yeshrug:

Only thing I have ever over-trained were biceps and that was a year ago w/ bad habits.

Right now I'm doing back 3x a week. Everybody is different...working out is to me is like fukking, everbody has to learn and develop their stroke game to what they are working with. nh :pachaha:

shyt is disgusting the amount of women i see on facebook peddling these "It Works!" body wraps. selling these at $25 a wrap :scusthov: going on about all the weight they lost and suckering in idiots. i wanna go ct fletcher on these hoes peddling garbage but i just dont care to get into arguments with overweight women.

Just came back from the gym with my wife again doing squats and chest. A lady that was signing up was looking all :takedat: at our workout. I m hard on her, but hey she wants results

I like workin my legs individually on different days so I can absolutely murder one and still have one good leg the next few days.
