I ordered my tennis racquet finally, been productively procrastinating and apparently have perfect timing, turns out there's a huge sale!

Why lift when you can swing? :mjgrin:

Because tennis will not improve bone density nor strength nor body composition to the same degree as lifting, especially since you won’t do that consistently either.

There has to be a point where is you have to stretch, foam roll, etc. before doing anything that there is a way bigger problem you need to address

Hour and a half down so far . 45 mins of squatting and 20 mins of racquetball being the main things done so far


Went in the sauna to get my mind right( headache on right side) and someone decided putting rubbing alcohol on their legs was a good idea :gucci:

With that terrible total war, I’d put a scoop and a half sometimes mixed with juice and drink half of it on my way to the gym (25 min drive) to replace my morning coffee

I don't drink coffee. :mjcry:

And I bought the 60 serving tub. :snoop:
