BSN N.O. Xplode is definitely worse to me. I've bummed and bought LIT before and had no issues. N.O. Xplode would have me regularly shytting in the middle of my workouts, and my energy would crash at (or near) the end.

I find when I squat today then DL tomorrow, my DLs are much better. When I DL today and squat tomorrow, my squats don’t get the same “boost”.

Also, I may throw jogging in the bushes for life (or rare occasions). Soccer, cycling and jump rope are good for me. I don’t care to be a marathon runner, just have good cardio.

I do squats and dl on the same day. I alternate which one goes first. You gotta get your legs conditioned to doing them
Running is cool but I also throw in 5 min rounds of jump rope. Have you tried the rowing machine??

I like running because it’s the easiest to “set up” when I need a quick workout, but I’m being more cognizant of the wear and tear on my joints. And I feel since I play soccer on turf/grass, that gives some cushioning.

On Fully Body Sage Mode cycles I'm front or back squatting every training day (45-75 minutes) and pulling 1-3x a week (least 30 minutes).

On Upper/Lower x3:
- I'm squatting 12 sets + warm-ups on Tues then sumo deadlifting 30-45 minutes
- I'm front squatting 30-45 minutes then deadlifting 12 sets + warm-ups on Thurs
- I'm squatting at least 9 sets + warm-ups on Sat (usually singles) then sumo deadlifting 30-45 minutes

On PHAT I'm squatting and deadlifting both on Lower Body Power days.

On PPL I'm sometimes adding front squats to Pull Days.
