BSN N.O. Xplode is definitely worse to me. I've bummed and bought LIT before and had no issues. N.O. Xplode would have me regularly shytting in the middle of my workouts, and my energy would crash at (or near) the end.

I do squats and dl on the same day. I alternate which one goes first. You gotta get your legs conditioned to doing themI find when I squat today then DL tomorrow, my DLs are much better. When I DL today and squat tomorrow, my squats don’t get the same “boost”.
Also, I may throw jogging in the bushes for life (or rare occasions). Soccer, cycling and jump rope are good for me. I don’t care to be a marathon runner, just have good cardio.

I know some people that do DL and Squats on the same day, I gotta build my way up there.
I like running because it’s the easiest to “set up” when I need a quick workout, but I’m being more cognizant of the wear and tear on my joints. And I feel since I play soccer on turf/grass, that gives some cushioning.
I’ve done rowing before but for some reason I can’t get the form right so I never really “feel” the workout. People swear by it though
