Really well said. PEDs as a stand alone aren’t going to get you there. Especially if you don’t have the drive or enjoy lifting. It’s an expensive habit and those results go away real quick. Got a classic case of that in my gym now.

Bigger than that all this internet fitness is a sham a lot of times. With the proper angles you can look one way for a shoot, campaign whatever and still struggle to lift your body weight. A lot of these accounts are about to have people bulking all winter without a base of strength and the results are going to be minimal.

My new Saturday soccer group is pretty good if you want to get a lot of touches on the ball but it's not like my DC group that's more of an "organized pick-up". With this new group, it's easy to get into that "beehive" type of soccer mode where people just swarm around the ball and fail to keep their positions.

And since we don't use a big post the game tends to be played on the ground most of the time.

Looks like I'll have to join a rec league to get a competitive and organized game going. At least we don't play with masks in this new group.
