My calorie intake was less than 1000 for the day and I burned close to 900:whoo:

We actually met with a dietician this week at work and she was :whoa: at folks doing keto and OMAD/IF. All the non-#PowderBoyz who were :flabbynsick: based off their body fat scans were :mindblown: when she told them that eating under your BMR puts you into starvation mode and actually makes it harder to lose weight. :smugdraper:



Of course ya boy was the leanest was was getting props from all the staff. :smugbiden:

I feel like I’m the only fool who doesn’t take any sort of supplement… No pre work out, no shakes or protein drinks…just a bottle of water in the gym and eating 4000 calories throughout the day. (Trying to bulk).

Doesn't make you a fool, just means you may be leaving a (small) amount of gains on the table. :yeshrug:


We are talking about this rn over on NT: some of the dudes in the thread seem to think PWO is for the unmotivated (:mjlol:) or that it's the same as a cup of coffee (:comeon:it's not). Some dudes are actually anti-#POWDA for no reason at all it seems. :scust:


No fish oil or joint support? No breatine? No weight gainer (I'll automatically drop weight when I'm off it :mjcry:)? Water in the gym? :hhh:


Not my gains or wallet, so it's not my business.

I fluctuate my calories need upon my workout #POWDA1 but who lacks the testicular fortitude to hate on POWDA:hhh:

So I'm working out yesterday and there are these dudes and one female working out. During their workout, the female says "I need some protein." So, they go to the front desk and she buys a protein drink.

Does anyone go through a workout and say they need protein in order to continue their workout? Does the protein make it into your system that fast to make a difference? I never eat or drink anything other than water during a workout.

Anyway just finished my workout for tonight. Almost didn't do it, was extremely tired tonight but I got in 200 pushups and 200 squats.

Not my best but something is better than nothing.

On my sweet Dora Dozen 300 is only to get me out the door every morning. The two cups of coffee at the gym is a different topic :merchant:
