225 on fronts is not a lot but it's helluva a lot more than most people squat, front or back. :mjlol:

I said it's more than most but no, it's not a lot. It is decent though.:francis:


A 405 back squat is "decent" but it's not impressive IMO. YMMV.

Numbers that have folks go :gladbron: include:

225+ Strict Press
315+ Bench Press
405+ Front Squat
495+ Back Squat
585+ Deadlift, although ppl will start to dikkride anything more than 5 plates for a clean one.
