Speaking of that what pre workouts do yall use? I kno some of yall free basing yall shyt in the basement and lookin like :mjlit: before yall walk in, but i see some keep mentioning pre jym and ive been needing some new stims :patrice:

I didn't realize he was trying show out either way my deadlift/Farmers carry took his soul. Then I started repping on chest 275 and arms curling the 100lb bar:youngsabo: he was struggling and she just looking at him like:mjlol::usure::picard:

I did my 1RM max on deadlift like it was nothing so imma need to get that number way up

I did my one rep max and was like :ehh: but ain’t go no further because truthfully I barely deadlift and ain’t wanna catch a flight to snap city

That's a part of every workout for me now deadlift (460 at least 505 1repmax(
Farmers carry(sets up to 315 25 yards back and forth)
Squats 5*5 up to 315
Then I decided if I'm doing full body or just upper
