I’ll stay focusing on form but it was a lot better than last week.

finished off with some face pills and leg raises

Edit: Pro Tip - Do the front squats first and then do the T1 Deadlifts second. This is the only day I swap the T1/T2 order. :whoa:

Stick your phone in your shoe. I did that yesterday while someone else inspected the depth.

(I also don't squat in the shoes I walked into the gym in. :yeshrug:)

Was talking cash shyt, by the time actual class came around he was no good. I rag dolled the shyt outta him.
I only ate 3 eggs and some waffles today gone have a salad for lunch since I'm working late shyt today.
But tmw it's full body #repcity and#POWDA:banderas:

I intentionally loaded most of em up on upper days. I’m going from 8 working sets on a compound movement to 17 so I wanted to give my body a few weeks to adjust… especially lower body.

Through-out the week I do 4/5 sets of 8-12 reps

Assisted wide grip pull ups
Chins (this one I don’t hit 8-12 but as many as I can )
Pendlay Rows
Face pulls
Decline sit ups
Leg raises
Arnold press
Dips
Leg curls
DB lat raises
