just found out there where/are companies that put DMAA in their PW and the FDA is playing wack-a-mole trying to shut them down.

Even without the DMAA some of these companies are making PW's that get you geeked.

A recomp is like a bulk and a cut doing the Fusion Dance: you get bigger and leaner and should get stronger all at the same time.

Last one I did had me up to like 215 @ 6'1" with a 6 pack (natty). Waist go smaller, drawers got tighter (:dame:), veins were popping everywhere and I was PRing on my lifts at least once a week. :wow:

A traditional cut has you 'catabolize' fat (and some lean muscle) which decreases your lifts in exchange for leanness, definition/ muscle separation, and increased vascularity.

A traditional bulk anabolizes muscle (and increases lean tissue) which increases your lifts, in exchange for leanness and/or muscle separation and increased body fat levels. :francis:

Back in the gym for the first time since March 2020 and working with a trainer for the first time to avoid the relative BS'n I've done the past 13 years of my weightlifting/gym life. I'm definitely deconditioned. My biggest hurdle has been re-training my MIND to push through physical fatigue. I feel like i'll be byke in the groove in a couple weeks. Main thing I'm looking forward to is hitting the basketball court

My everyday struggle got me slacking on my fitness

Get back in the gym get back on the bars

I can get it any day in a park free of charge

It's my first day one month in, I'm sore but I'm charged

One month mark! Been working out 4-5 times a week since the last post. Only missed one day, last Saturday, edible had ya boy seeing Spaceships on Bankhead

shyt has been difficult, but I already see the results. The running, burpees, lifts, wall sits, ab workouts, tire flips, etc have been worth it. Quarantine Qurves done dropped off, I'm seeing the body definition of previous years and the feeling of DOMS is euphoric. I usually workout in the evening but the 6am or 6:30am aint too bad

Slightly off/on-topic due to the lyrics at the beginning of the post. But stic.man and M1 done made some of the best motivational and workout music. Go throw on both of them Workout albums by stic

And unless you're lifting hard for two plus hours everyday like @The Butcher or basically anorexic like @You know damn well and only eating once per solstice, you don't even need all that. :usure:


But to each his own. I'll be over here making gainz steady and sure without all that. :yeshrug:
