Back in the gym for the first time since March 2020 and working with a trainer for the first time to avoid the relative BS'n I've done the past 13 years of my weightlifting/gym life. I'm definitely deconditioned. My biggest hurdle has been re-training my MIND to push through physical fatigue. I feel like i'll be byke in the groove in a couple weeks. Main thing I'm looking forward to is hitting the basketball court

my first day one month in, I'm sore but I'm charged
One month mark! Been working out 4-5 times a week since the last post. Only missed one day, last Saturday, edible had ya boy seeing Spaceships on Bankhead
shyt has been difficult, but I already see the results. The running, burpees, lifts, wall sits, ab workouts, tire flips, etc have been worth it. Quarantine Qurves done dropped off, I'm seeing the body definition of previous years and the feeling of DOMS is euphoric. I usually workout in the evening but the 6am or 6:30am aint too bad
