That had me froggier than usual so I went and added 15 on my final sumo pull. Took the gloves off at 545 and switched to hook grip for 570. It went up like butter. Should be PRing here in another month or two.
Now for the mass gainer, leftover pizza, popcorn, and big-ass cookie recovery combo.

Got ~15 miles in. Hit the mall, cemetery and Georgetown. Some random ass detours where I had to walk my bike messed up my metrics. But spent ~2 hours out, just over 1000 cals burned, no leg pain or tiredness and was better on the hill by the Capitol than my first 3 passes at it.
