Starting my 1+ week then 7th week protocol for some new ERM’s to use for nSuns @The Butcher
will be doing the 4 Day LP.
will use a more conservative TM to get use to the volume & give time at lighter weights to continue to focus on form , especially for sumo. & front squat.
Probably also won’t increase TM’s until a solid 3+ on the 1+‘S.
Accessories are TBD.
Will also start rowing 2 days a week for conditioning. So my “moderate cut” will probably end up being a “moderate bulk”
