I can't take a scoop or two of OG Mr. Hyde and hit numbers I haven't seen in years just because "#Powda " if my body isn't currently capable of that level of strength.
Traditional cuts have you lose both fat and muscle as your body basically eats itself (read: catabolism) at an advanced rate. You took your fuel out the tank but asked your engine to increase or even maintain its RPMs?
Why would your body care about strength, something that is not purely necessary for its survival, when you have it in starvation mode? 1700 calories a day? You eating like @ThiefyPoo or @dora_da_destroyer but tryna move weight, word to Bumpy Johnson.

Strength is a byproduct of practice, but how can you practice being strong when you have nothing to burn for an extended period of time?

My workout was splendid today !!!!!
Since I fast my climb in weight is just slower of course .
My goal right now is getting lean .

The girls I consider to be moving weight are at least touching 3 plates on squat and over three on breadlifts at a bodyweight of less than half that.
