Gotta do what you gotta do. No sense in working out if you can't sleep or if you start having health problems, but I do wonder what was in it to make you think you had the apnea? :jbhmm: Taking it can definitely mess with sleep in general, that I know. :mjcry:

If you ever decide to get back on it, you're prolly gonna have to go super natty or make your own. :hamster:
My OG got apnea so I figured it might run in family. I was getting 8-10 hours of sleep still feeling like a zombie :russ:


I will say this at one point during this past I’d say 4 months I was at 240-245lbs

Right now I’m at 215. I wonder if that has increased my sleep quality . I’m tempted to jump back on the powder just to compare


Naw I love POWDA as much as anyone but I use it in the AM for caffeine I wouldn’t take it late in the day and fukk off my sleep.
Thats the thing I’d take it only during the week if I got up at 3-5a to work out . Only time during the day was weekends when I don’t have to work

Been in the gym 3 days a week since march started. Already seeing some gains and my lift numbers increasing :blessed:

How long until I get rid of this lower ab fat though? :mjcry:

I know, but to be honest, i haven't paid attention to it. I know for a fact though I don't take in a lot of calories daily. I'm probably undereating if anything, which could be bad for my gains. Between work and life paying attention to nutrition is hard, but I dont eat like a slob. Cook at home and minimal snacking.

I'm gonna try and establish a baseline over the next 3 months. After that I'll see where I'm at and tighten up accordingly. That's the plan, I'm only 3 weeks in and seeing a bit of progress already.

And on days I work out

(~50 mins of heavy compound lifting mixed with more hypo accessory work)
~13k steps ( walking / jogging)


They got me clocking in at 4.5k calories out :gucci:

Idk if I’m just ignorant but I feel like those are Lebron numbers :dead:

I don't know if there is anything better than muscle memory when you are all natural. I took damn near a month off and my gains strength wise are still prevalent. :banderas:

Are you following a certain program? What are your goals?
Modified nucleus overload 20+ reps, 50 sets a week, each upper body part

Trying to increase sarcoplasmic cells as much as possible atm

That’s way too high. You closer to 3300 out at best

An old coworker completely tore his pec like 30 years ago

I seen him in the gym like two years ago and he was knocking out reps of 315 on smith machine and he said he couldn’t flat bench anymore so he was relegated to the smith machine
