Jumped to 20 reps a set to get my injuries a break. Still get a sore.
I was doing medium squats for 5, like 315 or whatever, and this older lady asked me how many sets I had. So I cut it short and only did 4 sets so she could get on. This broad stayed on that fukking rack for over an hour doing llghtweight bullshyt. People were waiting and fumingThe nerve of people. Tomorrow we get the whole gym finally

I mean only you can qualify what constitutes a cheat meal within your goals. Hard to believe a protein pancake would qualify.So I normally wouldn’t buy stuff like this, but I’ve been kinda fiending for them lately. I bought protein pancake mix. Question, does this count as a “ cheat meal” or nah?

First thing I do when I go to the gym is walk to the rack, drop my shyt off, and grab a box or bench to sit on. Nikkas see me camped out so they know he mean bidness-bidness. (I do this with people still in the rack too.)
