Do any of yall do sprinting or even just HIIT?

I think this shyt is a cheta code to losing fat. Since I've started sprinting I've noticed fat loss. A sprinters physique, male and female, is the ideal body type imo
Depends on your goals. For me, a swimmers physique is ideal. Cardio wise, I do HIIT currently

It is beneficial and in most cases will provide superior results over lower-intensity, steady-state cardio. Most folks are clueless when it comes to training modalities (thus it being a "well-known" cheat code) so they don't know this and then they spend inordinate amounts of time doing LISS and making less (or no) progress.

To be fair, though, sprint work is more mentally and physically demanding than MISS/LISS, so to some folks the trade-off of working harder might not be worth it.

Very effective tool but it has to be considered in combo with the rest of your training protocol

Sprinting is the truth. Did some the other day and it’s probably the best bang for your buck movement.

Going to skip barbell rows and squats for the week to the old back a break.

Last time I took a week of my lifts were definitely detrained.

Next time I'll keep it light and do speed or paused work instead.

I’m still going to lift, just not those two specific movements. About to supplement my #Powda with a little coffee and get it going.

If it were me I'd at least do some front squatting. It's not my back though. :ld:

My lower back is fried rn and I'm about to go #POWDA up and squat. :mjlol:
