It was the quickest growing one but now im stalling out at that 135x3 range. Even back in like 2015 the most I could rep out was 135x5. Gonna have to deload it a bit and shoot it up.

Bruh people gotta realize ohp is NOT a full body workout but you have to maintain balanceTrue.
OHP also uses more stabilizers than people seem to realize. If your core, lats, middle/lower back are weak(er), then you will eventually struggle to progress. It's not just delts/tris/upper pecs like some folks think.
