Correct^^^Another pet peeve I developed is guys doing rack pulls and loading 5+ 45s a side just to ego lift
All I can think of every time they drop the weight on the safety rails is that they fukking up my squat bar

Like everyone else COVID killed my schedule but I got a budget lil rack set up at home so I’m excited to get back to form. It’s been a little bit so it’s going to suck - I hate starting over lol. I leaned out wayyy to much in the beginning of quarantine with home workouts and little strength training (5’3 ~125lbs - abs were nice tho lol). Gaining has been hard for me since. Also going to try and stop neglecting my upper body. Looking at July to be at least 85% of the way to where I want to be.
My primary goal in the past was to lift so I could grow and tone but now I’m actually becoming more interested in the powerlifting aspect of it all. My squat/deadlift PR is 115 x 10. Really looking to crush that and build many new records by the summer. Finding more plates as I go up will be a problem tho but I’ll deal with that when the time comes
