Bout damn time. If he's ready to share the sauce like he said in his article, I hope he specs out his diet.
I'm dying to know how dudes like him and Russwole stay at 190+ at their height. Most I can consistently stay at is 170 but that's lifting exclusively. No hoops or soccer cause that will bring me down to 158 in no time.

His wife cooks most of his meals so you can get a general idea. It’s not specific macros but she has/had an entire IG account for it.
