But I've been doing 12/12 IF, skipping breakfast and having black coffee, and cardio in the morning
This morning I did 10 min jumprope and 20 min on the bike...and I feel incredible
Calves sore though but I'll chall that up to newness.
Anyone have experience with fasted cardio?
I train fasted out of preference but there doesn’t seem to be any scientific evidence that fasted cardio is superior.
