Ended up scooping two 40’s from target for $54. I see Amazon has the same price but won’t be in stock until Feb 4th & everywhere else was selling em for atleast $89 for a loosy

thats a damn good price since this gym shyt is gonna be questionable for a while. I grabbed two 25s from Target over the summer and was just happy to get anything. I’ve been getting gear little by little. Copped some compression boots and a hypervolt as my recovery gear as well and they are a life saver.

Hit 315 on the squat recently. All my lifts have gone up since I switched to a bodybuilding style of lifting.

fukk Reddit for trying to force that starting strength program. Not saying it doesn’t work but that shyt is boring.

Are you a beginner?
I’ve been lifting for years but was inconsistent and unfocused. Since March I’ve been lifting regularly with my cousin and have seen huge improvements in my lifts.

I've started a new routine to cut up and lose some weight, as quarantine was not kind to a breh:unsure:

But I've been doing 12/12 IF, skipping breakfast and having black coffee, and cardio in the morning

This morning I did 10 min jumprope and 20 min on the bike...and I feel incredible :ehh:

Calves sore though but I'll chall that up to newness.

Anyone have experience with fasted cardio?

here and there, not long term. I lift in the morning and do a high incline walk in the evening
