I use these for all deadlifts over 405, and some OHP and squat sets. Usually last 12-14 months with heavy use.

I've experienced great growth on all my major muscles EXCEPT my biceps

My triceps look amazing compared to my biceps, I've mainly done iso curls or burn out sets of drag curls to minimal gains
