And just like that the year is over but that workout shyt never ends. A lot of us were eating like shyt in the beginning of Rona so I’m August I said fukk it and said imma run every day til the end of the year.

by any means but shyt had to change. You either about that workout life or you’re not. It’s that simple.
Started with 3 miles a day and went up 1 miles the next month until I hit 6 miles a day. Crazy shyt buy that’s no big deal for “real” runners and I’ve done a million races already. With nothing to train for this was time to “reboot”, build endurance and shed weight. I know this has been a hard year for a lot of people by the byproducts of this shutdown got me laser focused and disciplined
the eating for better and when you don’t have to wasted time commuting to work, that’s “extra” time to rest, do your work out, then open the laptop and work.
Today’s run is gonna be day 144 in a row and I dunno if imma keep this shyt up in the new year. That streaking shyt isn’t for everyone and when you’re training for real, there are rest days. The random aches pile up after a while and now it’s time to be on some “gym shyt” and take advantage of the gains thru the weight loss.
Consistency is key and anyone not seeing results is lazy and not at this shyt every damn day. Either way, I’m never going back.
