Full lockdown starting Xmas Eve.

Been on a roll with the gym and hitting my stride.

I been outrunning this fukking government since July and they finally forced everything to close.

I hate politicians so much.

Hopped on the scale & I’m down to 227...keep it mind the highest I was at was about 250lbs within the past two months . Had to start cutting that extra stomach fat was irritating & had to go .

The quality of my sleep seems to be improving along with the weight drop . Surprisingly my strength hasn’t really dropped yet .

Anybody use an elliptical machine ? I feel like my cardio has plateaued. Need to find a way to increase my cardio.

Only when rehabbing.

They said the elliptical was good because it was low-impact, but other than that, it shoulda basically been bushes. :ld:

Assuming you can't bike or swim or run, maybe look into doing barbell complexes or tabata for the cardio? More carryover to lifting and doesn't require any equipment you wouldn't have already. Kettlebell swings superset with burpees could also work.

Running I stopped for a while as I started to feel pain on my left calf . I’ve since made sure to strengthen my quads & calf so maybe the issue is fixed .

Ive just been on the bike & stairs but those I can’t do for too long as it gets boring quickly .
