What are the best comprehensive core movements/workouts?

Seems like handing leg raises for abs and obliques haven’t been doing it for me.

Feel like my obliques are super undeveloped and my abs are average. My gut always seems to hang out even at low bf

Def feeling it in my lower back sometimes postrually

I don't know these problems. My abs are pretty defined just from squatting and pulling. :ehh:

I don't train abs/core directly that much/often but when I only do a combination of HLR, weighted decline sit-ups, weighted hypers, and rope cable crunches.

Might want to start integrating cables/bands/weights/medicine balls with your ab training if you're stalling out. That def helped me out.

With Hanging leg raises (just bodyweight) I would do super sets with slow tempo raises (both legs), then do butterfly raises (single leg) and then do bicycle kick raises.

This old creh workin with a trainer walked up to the squat rack next to me and tried to pull a 35 off the bar with the clip still on. :bryan:

Dude was legit confused why the plate wasn't coming off. :dead: :dead: :dead:


The cac half-squatting in the rack didn't even notice. :wow:

Edit: Apparently his wife is :flabbynsick: too and clipped his ride on the way out the drive today.
