6) Incline Hammer Curls: 3x10x40's

Gonna start squatting 6-10x a day to see what them numbers do. Knees and lower back forgive me.
Used my last dose of DIY prewo.

What a waste of time that was, I get better results and save more time using pre-made poison.
Only got 3 hours of sleep so it's almost nap time.

I'll head back later and do more squats and cardio.
