Been in the gym about an hour now . Did weights about to hit bike for about 30-40min.

I got here and it’s damn near triple the people in here not to mention the door is blocked because bed bath line is long af .

Fat fukks and outtashapers were like "rona does work against those with preexisting conditions :damn:" and they showed up once quarantine was over.

I’m gone off that Pre and Sipping Coffee in the gym. Actually running a Phat-ish routine the rest of the month.

This is happening in January. If they ain’t down to ride than more gains for us:

I’m gone off that Pre and Sipping Coffee in the gym. Actually running a Phat-ish routine the rest of the month.

This is happening in January. If they ain’t down to ride than more gains for us:

Actually, because PHAT is less frequency and volume (:merchant:) than my more commonly-used programs my lifts tend to drop on it. Size gains are a wash. And since it's only 5 days a week it means I have another off day to sit around and do nothing. nSuns gives me the best gains for everything excepts squats (that's bench, press, deads, size).

I already knew @portcityplaya, @You know damn well, and @Gully Bull and you wasn't finna be squatting 6-10x a week and doing 2-3+ hour full body sessions 6x weekly, so the Bulgarian Method was out. :mjlol:


And all my other programs require more preparation, base strength/volume acclimatization, or are more complicated in terms of programming. The rest of #powderboyz ain't want that smoke. :mjgrin: :francis:

Volume Bench Day:

1) Front Squat: 1x1 @ 200, 215, 230, 245, 260, 275, 290, 305
2) Bench Press: 8x190, 6x220, 3x4x250, 5x235, 6x220, 7x205, 8+ [10]x190
3) Overhead Press: 6x70, 5x90; 3,5,7,4,6,8x110
4) V-Bar Lat Pulldowns: 3x10x170
5) Incline DB Press: 3x8x80's
6) Incline Hammer Curls: 3x10x40's
ss/
7) Tricep Pushdowns: 3x10x142.5
8) Face Pulls: 3x12x122.5
Gonna start squatting 6-10x a day to see what them numbers do. Knees and lower back forgive me. :bryan:

Used my last dose of DIY prewo. :pacspit: What a waste of time that was, I get better results and save more time using pre-made poison. :snoop:

Only got 3 hours of sleep so it's almost nap time. :blessed: I'll head back later and do more squats and cardio. :smugfavre:

my diet been trash for like two weeks now. Not getting enough calories in which is leading to me being exhausted all day. :francis:
