I could walk on my hands if I wanted to, barely use my legs as it is :pachaha:

Do 30 mins on a lateral raise machine but skip legs for several months, Do You Even Lift brehs. :francis:

Diff priorities breh, I could get away with it at first bc I used to do sprint training 4x a week

I hear what you guys are saying. Personally, I've been doing what most of you guys do--just doing what I want based on what my goals are and taking bits and pieces from Youtubers and social media. It's been working well for me. I only asked cuz my coworker's following a program for mass gaining and I respect it since it seems to be working for him, but I prefer more flexibility in my training so I don't adhere to any specific pre-made programs.

Speaking of flexibility, I started doing research on improving mobility and joint health. I'm stretching here and there on my downtime and doing multiple sets of squats a day to improve my knees. Way too early to document progress, but damn if I don't feel good rn :wow:

Fukk around and might be doing horizontal splits while doing an overhead press at the same time on some anabolic Van Damme shyt :wow:
What's your stretching routine bro?

25x20 reps with the 135s

10x10 RDL's 135

My shyt fukked up, legs all outta alignment. I couldn't even get my form right, had to go wide stance bc my ankles kept collapsing. Imma have to see a physical therapist soon about this

Running: Started slowly. Kept at it for a week and a half until I could run the mile non-stop in 15-16 mins. Take one day off. ONE FUKKING DAY. And it feels like I’m dying and back to square one.:mjlol:

You just gotta push through it, it's the days that suck that improve your baseline the most

Push through the pain this week, and I'm telling you next week is gonna be a breeze

Another one I see but don't fukk with was MIA for a min but showed up today. :ufdup:



Now, I'm usually either all black or all white, but today a darker-skinned PAAG or maybe a Blasian came in. :ehh: I made a little joke and this broad moved in and was feeling on a nikka's shoulder. Never met this broad before in my life, so I'm thinking Imma see what's up. :takedat:
