Leg Extensions: 3x10x130

Hanging Leg Raise: 3x15
Seated Calf Raise: 4x20x190

Then jogged a mile. :hhh:

That T1/T2 lift double Spinal Tap (this one goes up to eleven). :whew:

Running: Started slowly. Kept at it for a week and a half until I could run the mile non-stop in 15-16 mins. Take one day off. ONE FUKKING DAY. And it feels like I’m dying and back to square one.:mjlol:
But afterwards I feel like I smoked the best blunt ever.:wow:
