Oatmeal and whole wheat bread. That’s a lot cheaper than super mass gainer.

Also a lot less dense and still harder to eat the equivalent in calories than just drinking the mass gainer.

Also gaining weight isn’t limited to just diet. I didn’t really start to gain size as a “hard gainer” until I started working out less and doing compound movements like squats and deadlifts. Rest is an underrated component of gaining size.
