First day back to my saturday soccer group and damn I was gassed after about 35-40 mins. Felt great to be back though. The field also got redone so no more rubber pellet astroturf. I just need to find a Mon and Wed group to play with and I should be great by Nov/Dec.

C4 (all types) is cheaper and/or weaker than Hyde, OG or new-school.Don't do that.
FWIW I'm only promoting the OG Hyde with the 400 milly. This new formulation, it's like they wanted you to stack it with the new Jekyll. It has less caffeine and less stimulants, plus requires stim-free Jekyll for its pump.

Bro, I haven't played a proper game in some months. Match fitness is different from regular fitness. Those quick changes in direction, starting and stopping and quick sprints will get you.
