Done got so used to only doing dumbbell bench pressing since the gym closed...I don't even miss barbell benching....yet.

:wow: man i can't believe some of yalls gyms still closed wtf. where yall be at?

mind you we got a second wave coming, and we might fukk around and shut down everything.

Gyms should be kept open with precaution i swear its so crucial for the well being and mental health of people.

Lotta people overestimate their BB bench when compared to their DB press. DB requires more ROM and stabilization but less intramuscular coordination.

If he tries to go big on barbell bench thinkin shyt is sweet based on his, that could be a wrap for him.

Got you...you're so right about that. Before the gyms closed I was proud of my BB bench...now I would ask for a spotter to get 225 up because I haven't done it in so long :mjcry:

I just switched to an upper/lower split for the first time since I was a beginner :ehh:
Since Im not going to go back to a public gym until there is a vaccine (which will most likely be spring to summer 2021) Ill go with this for about half a year.
Got my equipment all here, bench, squat rack stands, barbell, weights.
Its actually a ton of fun/motivating to train this split, kinda surprised me how much I like it tbh :ehh:

Perhaps you could look at the nSuns variations? They are U/L splits that focus on the Big 4.
