First day back to my saturday soccer group and damn I was gassed after about 35-40 mins. Felt great to be back though. The field also got redone so no more rubber pellet astroturf. I just need to find a Mon and Wed group to play with and I should be great by Nov/Dec.

Soccer is just the best sport to me. Good mix of HIIT and LISS cardio. You're constantly moving and it's fun.

Not much on the upper body but that's what the gym is for.
