I’ve got a complicated history with McDonalds but noted.

Sick of all these fatties talkin fast food, but I know they keep these chains in business.

I'm about to start a 2 month strict diet with a refeed day on the weekend Push Pull Leg routine.

By the time I finish it will be Thanksgiving week
November 22

I'm the highest body fat I've ever been and per pound I'm most likely the weakest ive been.
This should be interesting due to the fact I never attained my gains from strict dieting.

Obviously there are lot of variables we don’t know but 2000 cals with a even spread macros seems like you won’t be depleted much. Free meal/Refeed Meal...........maybe

You are most likely right, ill be beasting in the gym while doing cardio in the am 3x or less a week but im 185-188 if I was 200 plus I could see the refeed day being conducive. I wouldn't be surprised if its more of a body recomp then a cut.
