Can't wait for spring to get cracking again. My soccer league starts up again. Last summer I was playing like 3-4 times a week standard

My cardio was :banderas:during that period.

Honestly just need to get back to my early freshman year weight.

My cuts in and out of traffic was something else.

Finally reached my goal of 200 on the bench and I think I can do more on a fresh lift. Did the pyramid sets again. 135-8,155-6,175-4,195-2. Got there and said fukk it let me try. Added some 5s to make it 205 and was like ima just try one rep but I ended up doing 2. :blessed: Had never tried that amount in my life but now that I know I can hit it, the next goal is to beat it. Want to reach 225 even if it's just once by memorial day. That's my new goal. Now let me go back and finish the rest of these sets.

Just started lifting before cardio these last two days and now I see why people do it. I finish my workout faster too :obama:

i absolutely hate reverse barbell lunges (i do them after high volume squats) because they make me feel :flabbynsick:

but the pump in my quads after feels :ahh:so i cant bush ‘em
