lost 10 kilo's in januari just by getting back on track, eating healthy and lifting heavy. Also my calorie intake has been lowered. I'm on track for my goal weight like this.

I posted here about the 300mg caffein pills that I bought and ... I'm going to use the whole pack

Them muthafukkers give me wings I tell ya :wow: has a nikka doing all kinds of lifts and that was after the morning shift. I have the evening shift now so I'm going to lift on an empty stomach in the morning tomorrow. It's going to be fuking :blessed:

The owner of the supplement store was like I got something coming in the next few weeks, you wanna see :shaq:
I'm like show me what you got :ehh:

This is it breh, the good stuff :mjlit:

Anybody ever heard of a cluster set?
Your mind will take awhile to get used to the cluster set. Typically, you think of a set of 10 reps as a set in which you do one rep, then the next immediately after that, and the next immediately after that — and you keep doing that for the whole set.

With a cluster set, you take a 10- to 30-second rest interval between every rep, or every few reps, in each set. You’re still taking your traditional rest at the end of your set, too. Yes, that’s a lot of rest, but there’s a reason for that.
The big benefit of cluster sets: You’ll build serious short-term power—and that can make you stronger and more muscular in the long run. You may not see yourself as a power guy or heavy-duty strength guy, but building power in your one-rep max on, say, the bench press or squat or deadlift, can have more benefits than you think.

Look at the chiseled physique of your favorite NFL player. True story: Most of those guys aren’t training with massive amounts of reps, like the bodybuilding guys at your gym. They’re training with ideas like cluster sets, building power and strength. Power and strength matter, both directly and indirectly. You may not get the same pump from a cluster set on the bench press, but you’re building power that will let you lift heavier the next time you do a “standard” bench press workout.

Improve your metabolic recovery, hormone response, and overall adapative ability and you’ll build the strength and power to make your regular workouts better.

Cluster sets are about quality reps
A key advantage of the cluster set over your regular zounds-of-reps sets is all that rest. It keeps you from completely fatiguing your muscles.

It also flies in the face of old-school training. Classic muscle-building tells us it’s all about time-under-tension, the amount of time your muscles actually have to be working instead of relaxing. Time-under-tension is important too, but here’s what’s more important: Quality of movement.

I know its frowned upon but I do Smith machine bench cause of shoulder issues from football

Why is the row machine frowned upon?

I wake up, my knee feels sore. I say f* it and still plan to go to the gym anyways

I'm walking to the gym and then I suddenly lose all energy :why:

I left an hour early just for the gym too

I'll just chalk today up to the gym gods protecting me :snoop:
Everything happens for a reason.

I've read in here before about some of you guys doing yoga. Do you guys recommend anything? I'm trying to improve my flexibility.

The stretches that I've been doing, the same ones when I played football, aren't cutting it anymore.

Son, all that in one capsule. :whoo:
I've cut out all the supplements I was taking and I've had decent workouts but my energy levels aren't the same this last month.
I'm going to have to add back my pre-workout energy supplements especially with my upcoming work schedule to get me back to where I want.
