Was able to gut through the workout. Still had some reps in the tank for bench. Having a spotter (w/o crazy weight) lift off is cheat code:mjlit:

Bought some spinach, cucumbers, celery bout to see if i can make a decent tasting drink out of it.

Bout to get some cardio in and then back day. No deadlifts for me until I get to 200lbs. My body ain't there yet.:yeshrug:

Also, water gets so little recognition/praise here. 120 fl oz today and man, all my bloat is gone.

I've been drinking out of the championship cup I got from my soccer league.

I'm tasting victory in ever sip :ohlawd:
