G. I know you dropped a substantial amount of lbs. What was your routine like (outside of your diet). Was it mainly running or was there weights as well? Also, how many times a week were you working out?
I walk all day for my job

....it was pretty easy once I got my diet in check..
The running was icing on the cake..
I did do weights to kinda have some sort of shape...
I was working out at least 3-4 times a week...
I had a step tracker which I used as a baseline along with my 2k calorie maximum...
So 2k+whatever the step tracker said I burned was the guideline I used...
