Toughest part of getting back to the gym is finding your old baseline. Weights you could do previously will have you beat now.

But even the feeling of getting back into things is just amazing.

I’m really just trying to look at everyday like a Monday when it comes to lifting.

I think thats why I can never do a cut cause I m like I worked too hard to hit this heavy ass number, I can't go backwards and start all the way over cause I'm trying to get lil

G. I know you dropped a substantial amount of lbs. What was your routine like (outside of your diet). Was it mainly running or was there weights as well? Also, how many times a week were you working out?

I walk all day for my job:yeshrug:....it was pretty easy once I got my diet in check..

The running was icing on the cake..

I did do weights to kinda have some sort of shape...

I was working out at least 3-4 times a week...

I had a step tracker which I used as a baseline along with my 2k calorie maximum...

So 2k+whatever the step tracker said I burned was the guideline I used...

Got hit w a bad sinus infection and bronchitis last week. That sh!t knocked me the fukk out, man. I was laid the fukk up. Took a solid week off to rest and recoup.

First day back this morning.

A) Wall Ball Series Week 3
35 wall balls unbroken @ 20#

B) 2500m ski erg rally

C) 50-40-30-20-10
