How often you do sprint runs?

Honestly, I don’t. I need to do more sprints but I focus on long distance running and trying to complete 5 miles under 60 minutes.

Trying to work my way back to a 10 minute mile to get me in marathon shape. Coupled with the fact that I always work out on an empty stomach, it really helps me cut weight.

Craving the gym right now! Can’t wait to get in there in the next hour. Going to start with a 60 minute run, then hit chest, triceps, and biceps. Then finish up with a 30 minute run.

I've shaved over 3 minutes off my overall time since I started incorporating sprints..

I use a garmin watch and app...

When my vo2 max increased, my time got better...

My knees were barking after 10 miles sunday....:mjlol:

Nah man, I think I'm getting to a point where I might actually start seriously damaging them until I cut some more. When I was running 20-25 miles with no stress I was at least 20-25lbs lighter.

Too bad I pulled my hamstring and calf muscle in the 2nd half of the final :francis:

That game was crazy though. 50 mins for the semis and then 50 mins for the finals right after. Great game except for the fact that it was 28 degrees in DC with 10-15 mph winds :damn:

My legs are cooked. Finna sleep like a child.

Exercise is the best sleep medication :ahh:
