Honestly, I don’t. I need to do more sprints but I focus on long distance running and trying to complete 5 miles under 60 minutes.
Trying to work my way back to a 10 minute mile to get me in marathon shape. Coupled with the fact that I always work out on an empty stomach, it really helps me cut weight.
Craving the gym right now! Can’t wait to get in there in the next hour. Going to start with a 60 minute run, then hit chest, triceps, and biceps. Then finish up with a 30 minute run.
I've shaved over 3 minutes off my overall time since I started incorporating sprints..
