Started working out consistently again and i couldnt be happier. Im sad to admit its because the chick i want, doesnt want me, but its motivating me to get right no matter what. I went down to 190 from 215, and gained it all back. B
But im in that bytch focused now

My routine is this:
i run 60 minutes a day (i LOVE running and i want to run a full marathon next year)
Then i lift for about a hour. I do two muscle groups a day, back/biceps, chest/triceps, shoulders/legs, and then a full day for abs.
Im trying to run a full 7 days a week.
Im only drinking water, no fast food, no junk, no carbs.
I even worked out on thanksgiving, ran for 30 minutes and did about 2.5 miles.
My birthday is on Feb. 9th and im either going to DR or taking a cruise solo. I am going to be feeling like
