I see a ton of asians at my gym, but i live in an asian heavy area (go figure :unsure: )
Some of them cats clearly on some shyt others have decent physics :dame:, the women all look like typical built asian women :ehh:
I do martial arts with a couple Asians and it seems like they never get to that brolic point. They have that hidden strength with no stand out definition. Couple black dudes that have been there just as long look cut. Then again i dont know what their diets are like. As far as the women, when they are even slightly in shape I'm all for it :mjlit:

Started working out consistently again and i couldnt be happier. Im sad to admit its because the chick i want, doesnt want me, but its motivating me to get right no matter what. I went down to 190 from 215, and gained it all back. B

But im in that bytch focused now:demonic::demonic:

My routine is this:

i run 60 minutes a day (i LOVE running and i want to run a full marathon next year)
Then i lift for about a hour. I do two muscle groups a day, back/biceps, chest/triceps, shoulders/legs, and then a full day for abs.
Im trying to run a full 7 days a week.
Im only drinking water, no fast food, no junk, no carbs.
I even worked out on thanksgiving, ran for 30 minutes and did about 2.5 miles.

My birthday is on Feb. 9th and im either going to DR or taking a cruise solo. I am going to be feeling like :win::win:

Lowkey, getting rejected is such a gift. Im more focused on bettering myself than i have been all year
