Did a weight decline/incline on the bench last night.

Started at 175 and went down 10 lbs, 10 reps each: 175, 165, 155....all the way down to the bar @ 45lbs, with no rest. Then worked by way back up to 175.

270 reps total.

Man these push/pull split pumps got me all out of order. One day my triceps look IFBBish the next day they look atrophied. Same with my biceps but on different days :why: But I think it's a more effective way to train. When I do my 2020 cut I will get back on my upper/lower shyt. I will need the psychological lift

That third pull. Triple extension. Still alludes me. I’m making progress but once I perfect that third pull it’s fukking on. My #s are up but once I put it all together I’m gonna be throwing some fukking big boy weight around. The strength is there. The technique will come. I’m talking C&Js well into the 300s and snatches into the mid 200s. I can feel it.
