Hang squat clean

My grip is getting so much better w barbell cycling. Really helps w the confidence level moving through the complexes.

Excited to start this training block... after like 5 years of modified PHAT, switching to a push-pull. Going to destroy my arms :demonic:

Also figured out how to make leg press great again.... more plates :manny: Not squatting this block. I'm at a point now where I gotta change shyt up to keep things interesting

Why the hell do I ever skip the gym son.

Got back into it after I rolled my ankle playing ball. Even leg presses with more plates is better than skipping that shyt all together

What yall thoughts on push / pull routines regarding strength & asthetics.
