Man squats felt way too easy, had me :dwillhuh:

Bench was cool, rows were meh. Def progressing enough so I can't complain. Getting these calories is crucial.

Do I really wanna do cardio tonight is the question.:patrice:

I stopped wearing gloves my first 6 months of training when my initial pair tore...never looked back. Cuck shyt, IMO, but do what the fukk you wanna do. :hubie:

Rarely do I stare bytches down in the gym, but this hispanic chick with brown leggings almost a nude color on her....:wow:Gave her like a 5 second eye contact and then she finally broke it off...:bryan:

sometimes when you're feeling a bit off before a workout you end up having the best sessions. the pre workout kicks and laser vision sets in.

was doing a lot of positional oly work last night. first muscle, then drop, then into high hang for a heavy singles.

ended up PR'ing my high hang clean @ 245#. not only that, hit it twice because the video didn't start recording on the first one lol.

good times.

I have always been an advocate of good sleep and nutrition to get through workouts... and I still get both....... but I'm finding I need caffeine to perform how I want on leg days. I don't know if I'm trying to stay too lean, I'm getting old, or the weight I'm moving is just that much more taxing..... can't figure it out......

Also getting tired of all the "motivational" quotes from fitness people on IG. Nobody gives a fukk. And if people can't motivate themselves the game is not in them :stopitslime: I do look up to a lot of dudes though. Breon :wow: Chris Jones :salute: Vessyr :ehh:
