Who here has actually folllwed a calorie calculator before? Their calorie recommendations seem too high
shyt had me all out of order on that first cut mayne. "2600 calories a day? O this finna be a breeze :steviej:" Just go by the scale.

Speaking of calories/weight.... anybody ever struggle with getting lean, and then having to accept eating more + getting soft to make gains? I'm happy with my current look and can just maintain.... but I want to make gains too. I guess I need to find out the minimum amount of calories to add to make gains without spilling over. I wanna hit 275/405/405 on my 3x5 bench/squat/dead and just put on a hair more size everywhere. This year has been a fukking roller coaster though so maybe when shyt settles down I'll be cool

Really excited to get back into the gym today.

Gonna focus more on my core and lower back now. I've been nursing lower back pain on and off.

Form will be key for me over these next 3 months. I don’t want to risk re-injury.

Let’s see where I can get to before Nigeria in December. I’m shooting for a minimum of 3 times a week.

Finally able to gain muscle mass after I turned 30.

I've been killing it at the gym over the past 3 months or so.

My only problem is that I've re-aggravated my lower back injury from 8 years ago(car accident). My left lower back muscles will cinch up then I'll get nerve pain right in the left small of my back. It'll start barking during bench if I use any type of arch. Leg day is the hardest. It's fine during squats but any type of deadlift can be an issue if I'm not careful. :sadcam:

I'm about to see a chiropractor in a few weeks to see if they can get me right.

how long do you do it for? without stopping? my row sessions are typically 30 mins

Haven't done in them in a very long time. I was just never really able to get the movement down pat. I looked into rowing a few years back to take the stress off my knees and running.
