Nah it's real. It took me forever to put on real size and strength as an ectomorph. It wasn't until I started doing compound lifts(squats,deadlift), eating a ton more and drinking lots of water, that I really took off in size.Says brehs is that ectomorph "hard-gainer" shyt real or just some bro science

Mon - Fri I’m almost always there 545-715am before work. Saturday’s I’ve got oly 8-930am, sometimes I stay for the wod after 930-1030am. Sunday’s vary but usually mornings also. I’ve been trying to take 2 rest days a week recently so I shuffle those days in to the week depending on how I feel.

Can yall expound? Im basically in a position in life where im trying to learn my body all over again. I was chunny 90% of my life and didnt work out except to lose weight and I wasnt concerned with gaining muscle really. So now im a skinny bruh and im trying to make sense of things. I think my main problem is going to be that I like cardio more than anything so if that hard gsiner stuff is true im going to have to change some things for sureReal in some ways but over stated in some regards.
Yes, for some people gaining muscle is going to be easier than others. A lot of times however people who claim that title don’t eat enough, eat at a surplus rationally (trying to get to 3000 cals on chicken breast and broccoli) follow a sensible lifting protocol or be consistent with training in general.Wait I thought you were ripped or is that someone else. I've been working stairs a lot.
