The humidity here is starting to go down, so I might start back doing hill sprints again:noah:
I always forget to do sprints.

I've been working stairs a lot.
I like to eat :noah:
doughnuts :ahh:
cookies :banderas:
fried chicken :blessed:

I'm not really trying to lean out that means I gotta make sacrifices that I really don't want to make and do things that I don't like, like cardio :pachaha:
Honestly you dont even have to the machines if you dont want to....


But stairs are a must breh :birdman:

Your calves will explode plus you'll have chiseled abs man....

It's an amazing feeling to at least wake up shredded. I fukk up my abs after my first meal :bryan:

Nah it's real. It took me forever to put on real size and strength as an ectomorph. It wasn't until I started doing compound lifts(squats,deadlift), eating a ton more and drinking lots of water, that I really took off in size.

Mon - Fri I’m almost always there 545-715am before work. Saturday’s I’ve got oly 8-930am, sometimes I stay for the wod after 930-1030am. Sunday’s vary but usually mornings also. I’ve been trying to take 2 rest days a week recently so I shuffle those days in to the week depending on how I feel.

what time are you usually in the bed?

Wait I thought you were ripped or is that someone else. Do you have a fast metabolism causing you to want to eat more often or are you able to just eat bigger meals. I feel like I cant really eat big meals

Can yall expound? Im basically in a position in life where im trying to learn my body all over again. I was chunny 90% of my life and didnt work out except to lose weight and I wasnt concerned with gaining muscle really. So now im a skinny bruh and im trying to make sense of things. I think my main problem is going to be that I like cardio more than anything so if that hard gsiner stuff is true im going to have to change some things for sure

Yes, for some people gaining muscle is going to be easier than others. A lot of times however people who claim that title don’t eat enough, eat at a surplus rationally (trying to get to 3000 cals on chicken breast and broccoli) follow a sensible lifting protocol or be consistent with training in general.

In regards to cardio I would look at methods that are going to stimulate and assist growth, like sprints, prowlers and loaded carries.

I used to die on the stairmaster after about 5 mins:deadmanny:
