Reading some workout routines and they're saying bench press, 3 sets of 6. How do you even get a pump from that?

i tend to tempo and pause my squats at the bottom naturally. it's obviously much harder that way with heavier weight but for some reason my technique and positioning tends to be better that way.
My heart and legs were getting challenged on the stairmaster...starting to get into cardio more often. Will try to alternate between stairs, rowing and jumproping.![]()
No matter how light the weight is, every time I do squats my knees sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies.
