Hunger is so individualized it’s hard to say but throwing up shouldn’t be in the mix.

My doc always says there's nothing wrong that I just need to lose weight but the way my body reacts to food has always just led me to a bunch of trial and error literally.

Maybe do a colon/internal cleanse. When I had low appetite and problems eating first theu told me nothing was wrong, then that I was simply constipated then just kept giving the run around and new bills. Got tired of that shyt

How often does this happen?

Every winter - I'm developing a serious reaction to milk and sodium. When I eat ramen it comes back up immediately lookling the same way it did in the bowl. (that's been happening since I was 12 with certain foods) I would take an allergy test but I'm tired of spending money just for them to say nothing's wrong. Allegedly I'm healthy as I don't know what outside of the stuff the meds induce. My body may just be changing and not able to handle certain things at this age.

Yes wifey makes em all the time... I forget what the end product is called but we basically have frozen broth blocks in our freezer. Really adds to the flavor of pretty much anything meat based, just use the right broth for the right meat

What bones she use and where does she get em?

Well I shouldn’t diagnose but it feels like one. When I’m low I literally forget to eat or throw up everything. Is it because it’s unintentional or just a mild form of low appetite?

And @Waterproof my body has been through a lot-car accidents and falls esp. it’s disconnected from my nerves to the point where I have to take things to induce sleep and even Wanting to eat. Never been a big eater just mostly sedentary.

You sound like a typical hypothyroid woman.

A nice, free way to check (before going in for blood work) would be measuring your pulse and temperature upon waking and mid-day after a meal. Ideally you want 98.6 temp and around 80bpm HR. Morning readings about 10% lower.

Unfortunately, a lot of doctors don't know shyt outside their small scope. Even when it is in their scope, there's a good chance its outdated information. You're setting yourself up for failure if you're not doing your own researching and presenting them with ideas/information during consultations.
