I crave hamburgers after my workouts.
I hit Whataburger grab a burger no fries or soda, also no cheese.
I'm sure there's better choices but it controls my cravings.
I had to get that off my chest
I see nothing wrong with that....I mean you have people out slamming 75grams of dextrose with 30 grams of protein after a workout....The macros of a burger may have more dense calories but i don't see it as a negative unless you are cutting or something.
