i really don't get people who dont like water...and i dont understand the need to sweeten it. it, along with walking more, is literally the easiest, simplest thing to integrate into maintaining/improving health.

one, simply challenge yourself to drink water - set a recurring alarm, 10oz every 2 hours/ (5 oz every hour - basically one big gulp of water) - that's 80oz a day for the 16 hours most people are awake. once you train yourself to drink water you'll come to always drink/desire it.

two, why not take a natural (chemical free approach) such as drinking tea and/or making big jugs of iced tea (sugar free)

three, why not look into an infuser water bottle (put citrus, berries, veggies, herbs, whatever in it and flavor your water that way)

lastly, why not look into unsweetened carbonated water or still waters - hint water makes a ton of flavors in still or sparkling and i love la croix sparkling water.

edit: or chew gum while drinking water and let the minty taste wash down :pachaha:
Regular water sucks for some reason once it gets cold. That makes no sense but :manny:

I start drinking La Croix and propel powder as it gets colder.

@dora_da_destroyer wifey has been loving prenatal yoga. She likes it way more than lifting. I will probably start going with her to regular yoga but I told her she has to get back to lifting to get her ass back :demonic:

One of my homegirls from HS days has a yoga studio in the hood. Great to see but she's a lil too crunchy and at peace for me :lolbron: As I get older I do want to broaden my fitness... my flexibility is :trash:... still chasing that 4/5 plate squat/dead and that 6 pack though :francis:

started off the year trying to lose weight, but now i'm more into the fitness aspect so i want a well rounded program, flexibility and restoration is a big part of that so i think yoga should be a good addition. plus more flexibility in bed aint a bad thing :lolbron:

I'm back in :wow:

Past 2 weeks been stressful. The young boy was chasing the wrong things.

My pastor hit me with that wake up call.

We can't be out here with haphazard standards in any area of our lives. Our mission is non-negotiable.

:wow:

Just forced my way through it since turkey time is coming:drunk:
Squats went well again, finally think I'm getting good form for standing shoulder press:mjcry: Still taking it slow with deads:mjcry: Might just start doing those on a separate day.

When you're at/approaching your desired weight but don't like the look :francis:

Bout to start eating nothing but bamboo sticks and lamb
I have found that whatever weight you think you need to lose to get right.... add another 50%

Next year God willing I'm dipping into the 160s. 170s were a nice peek at what's under but next go round I want to get scary :demonic:

Body weight is just one piece. It's easy to get up to a body weight, but it doesn't mean much if you're not strong at that body weight. When I got down to 172 last year I was still hitting PRs on everythang. Right now I'm 185 and I'm at my strongest. So I would focus on strength and work in the gym while trying not to get fat. The size will come and you will probably be a lot lighter than you thought you'd be at a certain size/look
