Any time I squat with weight my left groin gets pain and it also stops me from going all the way down. shyt has been going on for like 6 weeks now and it's the most frustrating thing in the world not being able to squat because of it. I've tried doing more foam rolling, more stretching prior to the workout, more active stretches, longer warmups prior to squating, etc and nothing works and doing a lighter warmup also fails to do anything. I can squat fine on a bosu ball or just standing without weight, but as soon as I add weight it starts hurting immediately. Y'all got any solutions because I feel I've tried everything I can think of. Basically just been doing more sumo deadlifts trying to make sure my legs don't get too weak far not squating with weights too long, but this is way too long.
